Description
Workbench is freezing for me. It works fine initially, but after a few minutes of use, the app becomes unresponsive.
One of the other things that immediately causes it to freeze is opening a new sample from the library. However, after I kill and restart it, both Workbench windows are restored without an issue (until they both freeze again).
It's consuming very little CPU power while unresponsive, which makes me think it could be a deadlock of some sort?
Please let me know if there's some debug logs I can collect.
- Fedora 40 KDE spin with Linux kernel 6.9.8
- Tested with both Workbench 46.1 and 46.2 from the GNOME nightly Flatpak feed.

Research direction
The report names no source files or tests. Start by reproducing the freeze when opening a sample from the library on Fedora 40 KDE with Workbench 46.1 or 46.2 from the GNOME nightly Flatpak feed, then collect debug logs and trace the unresponsive state; done means identifying and fixing the cause.
