Description
A UI definition can have multiple top-level objects. Right now Workbench previews the first one that is an instance of GtkWidget. We should allow the user to choose which one to preview if it contains multiple top-level GtkWidget.

Research direction
Start by tracing Workbench's preview selection entry point and how it discovers top-level GtkWidget objects. Determine where a user choice can be presented and how the selected object is retained; done means a UI definition with multiple top-level GtkWidget objects lets the user choose which object to preview.
