How do I add to the existing Bookmarks? It is unclear how the catalog was established.

Description
New user of Biblioteca.
I was looking to be able to browse installed documentation upon my own system.
The documents I want to view are in /usr/share/doc/libgweather-4.0/
These include HTML documents.
There is an index.html
There is also a file libgweather-4.0.devhelp2 which describes directory contents.
There is also an index.json which describes contents.
I have tried Context Clicking each of the above files and directing them to open with Biblioteca, and nothing happened.
There are a lot of other directories in /usr/share/doc, many of which have varied contents.
Am just looking for clarification on how Bookmarks work and to see what can be done.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported attempts with /usr/share/doc/libgweather-4.0/index.html, libgweather-4.0.devhelp2, and index.json. Check how Biblioteca currently handles bookmarks and installed documentation, then determine what usage guidance is missing and whether these files are supported; done means the workflow and supported inputs are clearly documented.
