Description

I am using the Jetpack app on a mobile device, and I run into this error.

Error

Stats Page

1a) I access the Stats Tab

Stats Page, Traffic Tab

2a) I access the Stats Page, Traffic Tab

Stats Page, Traffic Tab, Locations Card

3a) I access the Stats Page, Traffic Tab, Locations Card

3b) There are options for Locations. The options are Country, Region, and City

3c) When we choose to sort by Region or City, statistics are displayed for our viewers' regions or cities

3d) Only the top 5 regions or cities are shown

3e) We are giving an option to show all

3f) We went with the "Show All" option

3g) The system does not display stats for all regions and cities; it reverts our Location to Country and shows stats for all countries

Summary

In summary, unable to view stats for all regions or cities.

The system only offers the ability to view stats for all countries.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the Jetpack app through Stats > Traffic > Locations, selecting Region or City and then Show All. Compare that behavior with Country and trace the existing Stats and Locations flow; done means Show All displays all regions or cities without reverting to Country.
