Description
On certain websites, particularly a testing site on the free plan created on WP.com, an attempt to connect a social account results in a webview displaying the message, "You need to be logged in to WordPress.com to complete this action." However, authentication cannot be completed through the webview.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the social-account connection flow on a free-plan WordPress.com testing site and trace where the iOS webview requires WordPress.com authentication. Confirm the affected sites and account flows, then verify that authentication can be completed and the social account connection succeeds.
