Research direction
Start at the Site Settings disconnect flow and the site-list handling in the WordPress iOS app, reproducing the listed steps with a self-hosted Jetpack-connected site. Confirm the intended behavior with the issue's expected result, then verify that disconnecting removes the site from the list without affecting other sites.
