Description
The user should be able to subscribe back to a notification using an inline button. When the user presses the button the expected action is to "follow" the newer subscriber's site similar to the reader (see design yWt5gg3nWORhu079Qfv3mS-fi-51_1151)
An event should also be tracked. See: pc8HXX-1ua-p2
