Description
Expected behavior
User expects to be able to drag and drop images when using split-screen on iPad.
Actual behavior
Dragging and dropping images doesn't work and user needs to go through the photo picker.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open the Photos app and the JP app in split view on an iPad
- Try to drag an image into a post OR into the media gallery
Warning: I haven't verified this issue or it's steps to reproduce.
User report:
I’m kinda sad I can’t just drag and drop images in using split-screen on my iPad, working with multiple photos is a little awkward having to go in the photo picker all the time.
Tested on iPad, iOS unknown version, Jetpack iOS unknown version

Research direction
Reproduce the report by opening Photos and the Jetpack iOS app in iPad split view, then dragging an image into a post and into the media gallery. Start by tracing the existing photo-picker flow for both entry points. Done means images can be dragged into each destination without requiring the photo picker; verify the behavior on iPad.
