The dashboard is missing after logging in to a WP.com account.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Note: I haven't got reliable steps to reproduce. Sharing what I did before experiencing this issue.
- Log in with WP.com account
- Log out
- Log in with same WP.com account
- Notice the site menu is shown instead of the dashboard
Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 17.0 beta, Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS 22.4
