Description

This should be fixed on all app versions.

Expected behavior

When a FSE theme is active, there should be a native button in My Site to open the Site Editor, and there should be no Menus button because FSE themes use Navigation Blocks instead of classic menus.

Actual behavior

The user must use a roundabout workaround to reach the Site Editor: Themes > Customize > Use Site Editor.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Present on any site with an FSE theme.

Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 16.1.2, WPiOS 21.2

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in My Site on an iPhone with an FSE theme active, then trace the existing My Site navigation and the path to the Site Editor. Done means a native Site Editor button appears for FSE themes and the Menus button is absent; verify the behavior on all app versions mentioned by the issue.
