Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue through Site Settings > Discussion > Blocklist on an iPhone or simulator. Trace the Blocklist save and reload path, including the corresponding web or Jetpack behavior, and identify why the added value is lost. Done means a newly added word remains visible after leaving and reopening the settings and appears under Disallowed comments.
