Pressing the Language option when in a Site’s setting screen causes an unnecessary screen to appear containing a single, redundant button that will then navigate to the Language options.

Expected behavior
The user should be presented with the Site’s Language screen immediately after pressing the Language button.
Actual behavior
A redundant screen containing solely a button to access the Language settings is shown after the user already selected “Language”.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Install WordPress 14.1
- Log in to an account.
- Select a Site.
- Press “Settings”.
- Select “Language”.
