Description
After I registered a custom domain successfully, I was taken immediately back to the plugin installation. This was surprising — I had no confirmation that the domain registration was successful.
Could we add a screen at this point to explain:
- that the domain registration worked,
- that the domain might be a little unreliable for 72 hours,
- that the plugin installation might take a while (since the automated transfer is happening).
Steps to reproduce
- Select a site with the Business plan and a free domain credit.
- Go to My Sites > Plugins.
- Install a plugin.
- Follow the prompt to register a custom domain.
Result: You end up back on the plugin installation with no success message related to the domain registration or explanation (reminder) of what's happening now.
