Description
Steps to reproduce:
- On the web, log in to a WordPress.com site as a user with the
authorrole. - Create and publish a post as an
author. - Go to My Sites > Blog Posts—note that you can toggle between your posts and Everyone's.
- Open the Android app and log in as the same
authoruser. - Go to My Sites > Blog Posts and try to find the same view of Everyone's posts that you could see on the web.
Result: as an author, I can see my own posts in the app but I cannot see everyone's posts the same way I can via the web.
Tested with WPAndroid 12.4-rc-3 on Pixel 3 Android 9.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the Android app by opening My Sites > Blog Posts while logged in with the Author role, then compare the available views with the web behavior described. Trace the Blog Posts entry point and role-based view selection; done means an Author can toggle between their posts and Everyone's posts as on the web.
