Description

Currently the only action offered by Aztec to the user is to "tap to retry" on a failed media. We should offer more options (remove, retry all) like we do in Gutenberg mobile:

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by comparing Aztec’s failed-media interaction with the Gutenberg mobile behavior shown in the screenshot. Done means a failed media offers remove, retry, and retry-all actions in addition to retrying the individual upload.
