Description
A user got in touch in 2015507-zen to suggest we add a url shortener.
Jetpack and WordPress.com already include shortlinks in wp-admin and more recently in Gutenberg: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/29221
Perhaps we could add access to wp.me for shortlinks.
