Description

In Calypso, when a user edits a published post (classic or block editor), if the user click on "Close", they'll get a dialog asking

When the device is online, should we show a similar dialog and ask the user if they want to update their post?

Note: when the user does this on an unpublished post, Calypso won't prevent the exit, it will save changes as a draft (or update)
