Description

Expected behavior

With the refreshed page list layout, I expect the featured image for a page to appear as a thumbnail in the page list.

Actual behavior

On a self-hosted site not using Jetpack, I can see the thumbnail briefly while it's being uploaded to the server, but then it disappears entirely.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
  1. Select a self-hosted site (no Jetpack) and open its Site Pages section.
  2. Create or edit a page.
  3. Add a featured image to the page.
  4. Publish your page.
  5. In the pages list, you may catch the featured image appearing briefly in the pages list. Wait for the upload to finish and note that the image disappears.
  6. Pull to refresh the page list; note that the thumbnail never reappears.
Tested on [moto e5 play], Android [8.1.0], WPAndroid alpha-150

Research direction

Start in the Android Site Pages entry point and reproduce the issue on a self-hosted site without Jetpack, following the featured-image thumbnail from upload completion through a refreshed list. Done means the thumbnail remains visible after the upload finishes and still appears after pulling to refresh.
