This is a counterpart issue for https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-FluxC-Android/issues/720. The issue is explained in detail in its FluxC PR: https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-FluxC-Android/pull/827 which is necessary for it to be implemented on WPAndroid.
