Description

When the user navigates to the my sites page and taps on any item for the first time the item should open to pre loaded content. To respect cellular data usage we should probably only do this on wifi.

Research direction

Start at the Android My Sites page and review how site items load when the page is opened. Use the linked parallel WordPress-iOS issue for context. Done means the first tapped item opens with its content already loaded, while preloading is limited to Wi-Fi to respect cellular data.
