'<' and '>' icons are grayed out and unclickable, preventing date changes in post 'Stats'

Expected behavior

Clicking the '<' and '>' icons should change the displayed date to view different stats.

Actual behavior

The '<' and '>' icons are grayed out and unclickable, preventing date changes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Click the 'My Site'
2. Click the 'Posts'
3. Click the 'PUBLISHED'
4. Tap the menu button at the top right of any post item
5. Click the 'Stats'
6. Attempt to click the '<' and '>' icons to change the date

Notes

If the issue is not reproducible, repeat steps 4-6 multiple times.
After navigating to the 'Stats' page in 'My Site', and then executing steps 2-6, the '<' and '>' icons become clickable.

Reproduce the issue through My Site > Posts > PUBLISHED > a post's menu > Stats, including the repeated-navigation case described in the notes. Start by tracing the Stats screen entry point and date-navigation controls. Done means the left and right icons are enabled when appropriate and change the displayed date consistently.
