Description

Expected behavior

All posts should display 'Report this user' and 'Block user' buttons in the '...' overflow menu.

Actual behavior

Some posts do not show the 'Report this user' and 'Block user' buttons.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
  1. Open the Reader
  2. Tap on the '...' overflow menu on a post
