Description
This is an enhancement to help users to connect (from this internal post pcdRpT-6Wv-p2 )
Expected behavior
When I'm reading post comments from any user, I'd like to be able to know more about them and connect with them going to their site.
Actual behavior
When I'm reading post comments from any user, I'd like to be able to know more about them and connect with them by going to their site.
Note: we are doing something similar for people who liked a post but not for people who commented on a post.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Go in the Reader and open a post
- Open the comments to a post and not you do not get access to public users info (about and default public site) by tapping on user avatar or name.
Tested on [S23], Android [14], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [25.0]

Research direction
Start in the Reader post-comments flow described in the issue, focusing on tapping a commenter’s avatar or name and compare it with the existing behavior for people who liked a post. Done means public users can access the commenter’s About information and default public site from a comment on Android.
