Description

Expected behavior

I'd like to have a straightforward method to remove a self-hosted site from the app.
Something like having a Remove Site option in Site Setting should work fine.

  • Go to the 'My Site' tab.
  • Locate and select the self-hosted site you want to remove
  • Access the Site Settings
  • Scroll to find the option to 'Remove Site'
  • Confirm the removal from the app
Actual behavior

Currently, it appears that the only way to do this is by using the long-press gesture in the Sites-picker screen.

Tested on Pixel 5, Android 13, JPAndroid / WPAndroid 24.0.1

Research direction

Start with the My Site tab, Site Settings, and the existing long-press removal flow in the Sites-picker screen. Trace how a self-hosted site is currently removed, then add an accessible Site Settings option with confirmation; done means the selected site can be removed without the long-press gesture.
