Description
Expected behavior
When playing a VideoPress video in the reader, the user should be able to hide them manually by tapping on the screen.
Actual behavior
The controls only hide out when waiting, they can't be hidden manually by tapping the video.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open a post that contains a VideoPress video in the Reader.
- Play a video on fullscreen.
- Observe that the video controls are hidden when waiting some seconds.
- Tap on the video and observe that the controls are shown again.
- Tap on the video (avoid tapping any of the control UI).
- Observe that video controls remain visible.
Tested on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Android 13, JPAndroid / WPAndroid 22.8-rc-3

Start by locating the Reader's VideoPress playback and controls handling, then verify that tapping the video outside the control UI hides the controls manually while playback remains usable.
