Description
Expected behavior
VideoPress videos in the reader should allow the user to seek any play time without issues.
Actual behavior
Seeking by dragging over the timeline in a VideoPress video doesn't work smoothly. Depending on where you drag, the app slides to the next post instead. Besides, dragging also doesn’t provide any visual feedback.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open a post that contains a VideoPress video in the Reader.
- Play a video on fullscreen.
- Drag over the progress bar and observe anomalous behavior.
Tested on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, Android 13, JPAndroid / WPAndroid 22.8-rc-3

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a Reader post containing a VideoPress video, using fullscreen playback and dragging the progress bar. The issue names no files or tests, so trace the Reader video progress-bar handling from that reproduction. Done means dragging seeks smoothly, provides visual feedback, and does not advance to the next post.
