Description
Registering suggestion from @jeherve , originally shared here: p4a5px-2SI-p2 .
The Jetpack app includes a sub-settings screen where you can make changes to your sharing settings. When the Sharing module is disabled on your site, we display a message instead of the settings. Ideally, I think that message should be a toggle allowing you to turn the module on from within the app, but that’s not why I post today.

Research direction
Start with the Jetpack app's sub-settings screen and the message shown when the Sharing module is disabled. Trace how the screen detects that state and how module settings are updated. Done means the disabled-state message can enable Sharing from within the app and the sharing settings then become available.
