Settings: Allow our most-used features to be set as Initial Screen

Description
Expected behavior
If I am able to set an initial screen (the screen the app loads with when I open it), I expected to be able to choose "Reader" for instance, or another of our most-used features' screens.
Actual behavior
While I am able to set an initial screen, the options are "Home" and "Menu". These are the two sections of the My Site area.
Our most-used features are Stats, Notifications, and Reader. These three even are more common than creating a new post, so it would probably be convenient for our users to be able to have the app open directly to one of those screens.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Head to My Site > Me > App Settings
- Tap "Initial screen", and note that the options are "Home" and "Menu"
