Description
Expected behavior
Expected to see "connect your account" prompt, if the Jetpack Plugin is already installed, but not connected to my WordPress.com account (site-only state).
Actual behavior
When the Jetpack Plugin is in a site-only connection state, I see the "Install" prompt.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Create a new self-hosted site
- From wp-admin on the web, install the Jetpack Plugin, and activate it but don't complete "set up"
- In the app, add your self-hosted site
- Once added, tap "Stats" and note you see the "Install Jetpack" prompt.
Tested on Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 12, JPAndroid 21.1-rc-2

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using the listed self-hosted site setup steps in the Stats screen on Android. Trace how the app distinguishes an installed, activated Jetpack site from an uninstalled one; done means a site-only connection shows the "connect your account" prompt instead of "Install Jetpack".
