Site Creation: Domains picker difficult to scroll in landscape mode

Expected behavior

I expected to see a selection of domains after searching, even in landscape mode.

Actual behavior

In landscape mode, after searching, I can only see one domain, and scrolling is both tricky and tedious due to the small window of visibility.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go through the Site Creation flow in landscape mode, stopping when you arrive on the "Choose a domain" page.
2. Enter something in the search bar.
3. Note that you can see only one result between the search bar and the keyboard.
4. Try scrolling, to see what other results are below. Note that scrolling through the domain options requires patience and accuracy.

Possible improvement: Can we make the keyboard dismiss by tapping outside the search and scroll area? Alternatively, perhaps the search bar could appear in-line with "Choose a domain" - or some other alternate arrangement of the elements.

Tested on Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 12, WPAndroid 20.5-rc-1

Reproduce the Site Creation flow on the “Choose a domain” page in landscape mode, using the reported Samsung Galaxy S21 and Android 12 setup if available. Search for domains and verify the current visibility and scrolling behavior with the keyboard open. Done means the domain results are practical to browse after searching in landscape mode, with the intended interaction working reliably.
