Description
Expected behavior
Once the Jetpack is installed on a site through notifications, then stats should be loaded
Actual behavior
Stats are not displayed after installing Jetpack on a Site through the Notifications tab. Notice this issue is present when accessing the stats immediately after installing Jetpack. Once you background the app and open it again then it works as expected.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- log in to a non-Jetpack Self-hosted site using the site address
- Install and connect jetpack through the notifications tab
- Notice that notifications are shown in the connected wp com account notification tab
- Go to My Site -> Stats screen
- Notice that stats are not loaded.
Tested on One plus Nord, Android 11, WPAndroid 20.3

Research direction
Reproduce the flow on an Android device: connect Jetpack through the Notifications tab, then open My Site → Stats immediately. Trace the transition from the notification flow to the Stats screen and compare it with reopening the app after backgrounding it. Done means stats load immediately after installation without requiring the app to be backgrounded.
