Description

Expected behavior

Focus point is displayed after rotating the phone when in steps list and selecting a step.

Actual behavior

Focus point is not displayed after rotating the phone in steps list.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
  1. Enable Quick Start.
  2. My Site -> Customize your site.
  3. Rotate the phone at least once.
  4. Select Check your site title or any other step.
  5. Notice that My Site screen is displayed but no focus point is displayed.
Tested on Samsung Galaxy Note 20, Android 12, WPAndroid 19.5-rc-2
