Description
Expected behavior
Once a notification is read, it should be marked read and remain so.

After reading a notification and returning to the Notifications screen, some notifications return to an "unread state" (lighter background).
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open the Notifications tab on an account with unread notifications
- Tap a notification and the app opens the corresponding screen
- Tap the back button to return to the notifications screen
- Repeat steps 2 to 3 until you notice a notification that either:
a. is marked read, but after a few seconds goes back to an unread state (grey background)
b. stays unread
Tested on Samsung Galaxy S10, Android 11, WPAndroid 19.2-rc-3
