Description
While final testing this PR, one of the check test was related to Go to My Site > Activity Log > Comment activity > tap the word Comment.. As per this comment here if my memory doesn't fail me, I was able to get the expected behaviour (opening the reader threaded comments screen) while working on the PR; but we both failed to get a span with COMMENT type while final checking it.
Since that seems reasonably not related with the above mentioned PR, we agreed on creating this placeholder issue to track that.
Tested on [Pixel 4 Emu], Android [API 11], WPAndroid [develop at this commit]

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Reproduce the path Go to My Site > Activity Log > Comment activity on the reported Pixel 4 emulator/API 11 setup, then trace the comment activity event from the develop commit. Done means the event exposes a COMMENT span and tapping Comment opens the reader threaded comments screen.
