Expected behavior
In the app, I expect not to see my Gravatar (but instead a placeholder picture) if I activate the option Hide my Gravatar profile at https://wordpress.com/me
Actual behavior
My Gravatar is still shown in the app, ignoring my preference set at https://wordpress.com/me

- Navigate to https://wordpress.com/me
- Toggle on
Hide my Gravatar profile

Xiaomi Mi A1, Android 9, WPAndroid 18.3-rc-2
