Description
We want to introduce the following new edit component that, in addition to the comment content, allows to change author parameters (namely: name, web address, email) as it is possible on the web already.
NOTE 1: as per this internal comment pbArwn-2ks-p2#comment-3755, the Comment field has been moved as the last element of the screen to account for possibly longer comments.
