Scheduled Posts: Calendar date/time picker unintuitive

The experience of scheduling a post for a future date or time is a bit confusing at various points.

After tapping “Date and Time” I got a calendar-style date picker, but [it seemed] there was no way to choose a time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a new post
2. Tap Publish, then "immediately" to open the scheduling options
3. Tap "immediately" again beneath the date to open the date picker
4. Tap "ok" to continue, then choose a time

Issues to address

• It's unclear that tapping "Date and Time" will show the time-picker after showing the date-picker
• On the initial Publish dialogue, there's no clear path to scheduling. You have to know to tap on "immediately" to start the process, and then on "immediately" again to change the date/time.

Tested on Pixel 5 with Android 11, WPAndroid 17.4-rc-2
