Description

Expected behavior

Instead of showing the network error we should show the that there is no history.

Actual behavior

We show a "No network available" screen.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Connect a jetpack site. Note this doesn't happen on a .com site or atomic site.

  1. Create a new page.
  2. Save it.
  3. Check the pages history.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the Editor's page history using a connected Jetpack site, following the listed steps on Android. No file or test is named; the work is complete when a newly saved page shows that there is no history instead of the "No network available" screen, while .com and atomic sites remain unaffected.
