Description
Expected behavior
After completing a task or tapping on the prompt, each prompt would disappear.
Actual behavior
In some instances, the prompt remains even after tapping it or completing the relevant task.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Create a new site via the app and walk through the Quick Start steps, noting how the prompts behave at each step.
Tested on Pixel 3, Android 11, WPAndroid 17.3-rc-1 in beta testing: p5T066-2eB-p2#comment-8223
