Actual:
WordPress logo notification is noticed on the login Epilogue screen (after login with password for an account with no jetpack sites). On clicking this notification while the app is minimized, the "My Site" tab for empty sites gets displayed that has an option to add a new site.
Expected:
Jetpack app should display a notification with the Jetpack logo and clicking the notification should not lead to any screen that allows adding a new site for the Jetpack app.
