Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to My Site > user icon (top right) and tap "Change Photo".
- Select a photo from the device, crop as needed, and tap the checkmark.
- Observe that the /Me screen is updated right away.
- Go back to My Site.
- Observe the user icon does not look updated.
- Leave My Site and go back to it.
- Observe the user icon now looks updated.
Result: the My Site screen doesn't reflect user icon changes until after you leave My Site and return to it. (1m6s)
Tested with WPAndroid 16.2-rc-3 on Pixel 3 Android 11.
