Description
Expected behavior
Needs design - Stats for example redirect the user to the .com login flow. We might want to do the same thing when they go to Notifications (See my concern in https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/issues/13477#issuecomment-734156998 ).
Actual behavior
When I log in using self-hosted credentials to a jetpack site and I open Notifications -> "Install Jetpack" button is shown even though I already have Jetpack installed.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Log in using self-hosted credentials to a jetpack site
- Click on Notifications tab

Research direction
Start at the Notifications tab and reproduce the issue using self-hosted credentials on a site where Jetpack is installed and connected. Trace how the screen determines whether to show the “Install Jetpack” button, then confirm the intended behavior with the linked discussion before changing it. Done means the button no longer appears incorrectly and the chosen login behavior is covered.
