Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new post and add tags.
  2. Close and re-open the post.
  3. Go to the more menu (three dots) > Post Settings.
  4. Verify the tags are still there.
  5. Tap Tags to open the tag editor.
  6. Rotate the device.

Result: if you rotate the device (either from portrait to landscape or vice versa) while the tag editor is open in Post Settings, the tags are removed. (1m1s)

Reproduce the issue in WordPress for Android by opening Post Settings, opening the tag editor, and rotating the device. Trace the Post Settings tag editor's state across rotation; done means existing tags remain present after switching orientation.
