Description
Just a quick note that this issue is related to bottom sheets specifically.
Expected behavior
Expected the "fade in" transition to be faster on the bottom sheet
Actual behavior
It currently takes some time to transition to the new bottom sheet, and the opacity seems to reduce very gradually, which seems a bit awkward. It's especially more pronounced when you tap on the "Tags" row.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Hit publish on a new post
- See bottom sheet
- Tap on any row in the bottom sheet
Screencapture
Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]
Android version 10 using the build you shared with me https://55447-9306568-gh.circle-artifacts.com/0/Artifacts/WordPress-pr-12149-build-55447.apk

Research direction
Start by reproducing the publish flow on Android: open a new post, tap Publish, then select rows in the bottom sheet, especially Tags. Compare the transition with the linked screencapture; done means the bottom-sheet fade and transition no longer feel slow or overly gradual.
