Expected behavior
That you can tap and open dropdown menus in the in-app browser (webview?) for sites, as it works on later and current Android versions, starting with 6.0.
Actual behavior
In Android 5.1 (reproduced), dropdowns in the in-app browser do not open when tapped, on both the front-end of sites and in wp-admin.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Using an Android device on 5.1, tap either View Site under External, and tap a dropdown menu. For the test we used a Category widget on the front-end, set to display as a dropdown.
Tested on Oppo F1 Plus, Android 5.1, WPAndroid 14.7.1
User details: Lg V10, Android version Lollipop 5.1.1
