Environment:
Samsung Galaxy s9(v10).
Steps To Reproduce:
- Install and open the application.
- log in with valid credentials.
- Tap on "Reader".
- Tap on "Settings".
- At footer tap on "Enter a URL or tag to follow" symbol button.
- Observe that Disable-Enable toggle effect is missing for the submit button

Disable-Enable toggle effect is missing for the submit button when "Enter a URL or tag to follow" field is empty or filled with text.
Expected Result:
Disable-Enable toggle effect for submit button should be enabled when "Enter a URL or tag to follow" field is empty or filled with text.
