Description

From a two star app store review.

I only give it two stars because this application, and unfortunately others, are authentic mosquitoes. They bleed you out by sucking the battery from your mobile device. I find it regrettable. If they change that, and put some low-power mode for free, I'll give it more stars. For the rest, it fulfills its mission acceptably. (auto-translated from Spanish)

Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]

(I did suggest user to upgrade app)

Research direction

The report names no files, tests, or entry point; start by defining the low-power mode's scope and measuring the reported battery impact on the referenced Android device and version. Done means an agreed implementation that reduces battery use while preserving the app's stated mission, with validation criteria recorded.
