Description
Expected behavior
In a lot of online editors, including Gutenberg on the web, Shift + Enter works to create single line breaks/spacing.
Actual behavior
In the Android app, there isn't a way to create single line breaks/spacing with Gutenberg enabled. Shift + Enter creates a brand new paragraph, instead.
This was brought up in 2691166-zen and has also been requested for Aztec in the past:
Tested on Pixel 3, Android 10, WPAndroid alpha-207

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior in the Android app with Gutenberg enabled, using Shift + Enter as described for the Pixel 3 test case. Read the linked Aztec issue references to understand the prior context. Done means Shift + Enter creates a single line break or spacing instead of a new paragraph.
