[GlobalStep] Some parts of the application are not localized

Description

It was observed that after setting the application’s language to Portuguese, some parts of the application like a Site’s business plan or the FAQ were still displayed in English.
The issue remained even when the Site’s and the device’s language was also set to Portuguese.

Expected behavior

The application should be fully localized.

Actual behavior

Some parts of the application are not localized.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Install WordPress 14.1
2. Log in to an account.
3. Press the “Me” button on the top right of the screen.
4. Press “App Settings”.
5. Press “Interface Language”.
6. Change the language to Portuguese(Brazil).
7. Press “OK”.
8. Restart the application.
9. Press the “Me” button on the top right of the screen.
10. Press “Ajuda e Suporte” (Help & Support).
11. Press “Veja nossa secao de Perguntas Frequentes” (Browse our FAQ).

Tested on the following

Samsung Galaxy S6 (7.0)
Samsung Galxay S7 (6.0.1)

Start by reproducing the issue through App Settings > Interface Language, then open Help & Support and Browse our FAQ after selecting Portuguese (Brazil). No source files or tests are named; use the attached AndroidLocalization.zip and the reported screens to trace the untranslated content. Done means the Site business plan and FAQ are displayed in Portuguese.
