maxChips param on ChipsInput is not respected. i can put in any number of chips in there.

<Incubator.ChipsInput
maxChips={1}
multiline={false}
chips={[{ label: 'Falcon 9' }, { label: 'Enterprise' }]} />
This code should display only one chip

Expected behavior

maxChips param b respected
